Life can be busy, and we don’t always take the time to show our gratitude for one another. Thanksgiving is the perfect time of year to reflect on the people in our lives for whom we are so grateful. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, InCheck would like to say “thank you” to a number of individuals, or groups of individuals, who make our business thrive.

InCheck would like to thank the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). Among many other things, NAPBS ensures legislative changes will not negatively impact the background screening industry and our ability to provide efficient services and quality products to our clients. As an example of their commitment to our industry, this past October NAPBS worked tirelessly to ensure legislation was passed allowing background screening companies to circumvent a strict law that would hinder the industry’s ability to provide efficient Canadian background checks. Without the hard work of NAPBS, the positive advancements in our industry would not be nearly as great. InCheck is so grateful for all they have done and continues to do for our industry.

We would also like to thank our public record researchers. InCheck has partnered with an incredible network of researchers that provide top-quality services. In an industry where products are time-sensitive and require great attention to detail, our researchers exceed expectations. To put it mildly, they consistently go above and beyond for us and their customer service is incredible. A few that we would like to mention by name are AccuSearch, SAS Data, Affirm Background Screening, Inc., Owens International, and Wendy City.

Last, but most certainly not least, we’d like to thank our clients. 2018 has seen the battle for top talent reach new levels. The competition for candidates and related onboarding demands have brought an urgency, unlike anything we’ve ever seen. While this has forced InCheck to raise our game with respect to our service, we’re experiencing the same challenges as we’ve watched our headcount grow with over 30 new positions this year! Facing these same challenges together with our clients makes us appreciate more than anything the true partnerships and relationships we’ve built over the years. Quite simply, we work with some amazing people who work for some amazing organizations-people who recognize the ups and downs of the background screening world and work collaboratively with us through challenges in an effort to make us both better. That approach, this year, is truly appreciated by all of us here at InCheck.

From our team to yours, we’d like to thank you for working with us, and we wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving!
